Commercial and Portrait Photography Terms and Conditions
Payment and Delivery Terms
Payment is always taken in advance, this is to confirm your booking date and to allow me to process and deliver your images in a timely manner. My hourly rate for taking commercial photographs of you, your products, services or venue is £35.
This rate includes my shooting and retouching time both before and after shooting your session. To make our session run smoothly and allow maximum shooting time, please read through the attached documentation sent when you book your session which outlines some key preparations you can take and information on copyright and licensing.
Once I have photographed your session I will upload the print and web sized images to dropbox.com where I can send you a link to view and download the images.
Images in the dropbox folder will remain online for 1 month. After which time the images will be removed. Please make sure you download them and store them somewhere safe. You will also be provided with a second copy of the images on a USB stick, this is to act as a backup but it is still advised that you keep another copy somewhere else. I cannot be held responsible for images once they have been delivered.
Keywords and Image Meta Data
At the editing stage of preparing your images I am able to embed keywords which will help your website become visible in google and other search engines. Provided with these terms and conditions is a 15 point keyword list that you can fill in with your chosen keywords – see the bottom of the attached check-list. Please supply me with this list on the day of your shoot if possible. If I have not received this list two weeks after your photoshoot session I will deliver the images without keywords attached. Any keywords that you require to be added after this time will incur a charge of £15.
Due to the nature of customized photographic media all sales are final.
I am always open to any concerns you may have and encourage you to ask questions if you are unsure of anything.
